CAJA-Setlist is not implemented in real time

Bug Description
Since I am using 23.10 it seems that I have no ```ubuntu-bug``` hence having to open this manually.
But this problem has been around for many LTSes. It is more of a request feature than of a bug.
From a user perspective, when I access the preferences of caja and then I change the default view to anything else than default, that I close, that this does not get applied immediately.
I either need to close and reopen OR refresh the current folder for those changes to take effect.
Detailed steps:
1. fresh install
2. open caja, lists in icons
3. edit -> preferences -> default view -> view new folders using -> list view -> OK
4. caja still lists as icons.
5. press F5 = view of list now appears.
Desires outcome: when pressing "CLOSE" current view should be refreshed automatically.
