Overriding the reject from CERT, the test failure is due to image/test issues. Not a kernel problem.

The CERT usb_storage test is failing because the core image is missing the '[cm4]' config.txt snippet so the dwc2 overlay is not loaded and the USB controller is not enabled. Not a kernel problem.
