meson configure build directory error

Bug Description

I get the following error when configuring the build directory:

Configuring org.gnome.Radio.metainfo.xml.in using configuration

data/metainfo/meson.build:5:0: ERROR: Function does not take positional arguments.

A full log can be found at /home/babak/gnome-radio-3.38.0/builddir/meson-logs/meson-log.txt
WARNING: Running the setup command as `meson [options]` instead of `meson setup [options]` is ambiguous and deprecated.
