Z39.50: Record Type box overlaps the Source dropdown in record editor

3.10 and 3.12

In the Z39.50 interface, the Record Type box overlaps the Source dropdown in the record editor screen. This can be seen when opening the edit screen before import and when editing an overlay record.

Adding that this also occurs when merging records and editing the lead record. There may be other places I haven't come across yet.

Confirmed on EG 3.10 server. I don't have access to 3.12 server.

Noting that the work in the forthcoming Z39.50 work as part of bug 2039609 will take care of this issue. I'll mark this bug duplicate once that branch is available.
