Cannot move VM on another workstation

On a system using 3 monitors in portrait mode it is not possible to move any running VM to another workspace because not only is it impossible to drag and drop the said VM but also because right clicking on the top bar does give the choice to move to another space.

Single right clicking in the instance of the running VM from the taskbar also does not bring any options.

When I pause/close the VM (and while it's saving it's state) dragging it around works without any problem.

Is this a feature or a bug?
