Please sync slinkwatch 1.1-6 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild with Go 1.21.
  * No-change rebuild with Go 1.21.
  * No change rebuild to bump version number
  * No change rebuild to bump version number

Empty delta can be dropped. It was only introduced to change the version number, presumably to handle jammy-updates and upgrades to newer releases.

  * Add loong64 to list of supported archs.
