The link (http://zsync.moria.org.uk/) is dead! It sounds: "Hosting Plan Deactivated" etc.

This is the URL linked from the description of zsync files. The zsync download link itself is unaffected.

We have no information about an alternate upstream website for zsync. I will email the upstream author to let him know at least that the website is down.
