OPAC - My Lists - list action button order could be improved

Bootstrap OPAC 3.10+

The order of the list buttons is:
Share - Download CSV - Make Default List - Edit List

When you click the Share button, it adds a button for "View in Catalog" but puts it between other buttons so it looks like this (with Edit List being pushed to second line):

Hide - Download CSV - make Default List - View in Catalog
Edit List

I think it makes more sense to either a) put the View in Catalog button directly after the Hide button or b) put it at the end on the second line.

Also - I'm not sure why View in Catalog is a different color, but that is probably a different discussion.

Hi, this could use a rebase against current main due to some changes in lists.tt2.

Never try to rebase at the end of a long week. I ended up just creating a new branch against main with the change:
