OPAC - My Lists - Two buttons with similar wording

Bug Description
Bootstrap OPAC - when creating a new list, there is both a "Create New List" button at the top of the form (which expands/shrinks the form) and a "Create List" button at the bottom of the form (which saves the new list). Having two buttons that say nearly the same thing is confusing.
I think changing the wording of the second / submit button to say something like "Save New List" would be clearer.
