Error when trying to upgrade kubuntu 23.04 to 23.10

Bug Description
I have been trying to upgrade kubuntu 23.04 to 23.10 via konsole. Messages are:
$ pkexec do-release-upgrade -m desktop -f DistUpgradeViewKDE
