msr from ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests failed with "FAIL: Expected #GP on RDSMR(x2APIC MSR 0x82e)"

This issue was found after updating our kvm-unit-test fork to 02d8befe99 "pretty_print_stacks: modify relative path calculation"

The number of test cases has increased from 303 to 1899. There are 215 failures reported here:

 FAIL: Expected #GP on RDSMR(x2APIC MSR 0x8fc), got vector 0
 FAIL: Expected #GP on RDSMR(x2APIC MSR 0x8fd), got vector 0
 FAIL: Expected #GP on RDSMR(x2APIC MSR 0x8fe), got vector 0

Mantic does not have this issue.

It looks like this is hw-dependent. This issue does not exist with node durin with J-intel-iotg and J-ibm.
