Crashed my system, couldn't find the OS to boot. Had to reinstall from an image.

I believe the relevant line is this:

Did you clone the Ubuntu installation to a different hard disk compared the one listed above? If not, would you be able to check what the device node for disk in `/dev/disl/by-id/` is currently called?

Unfortunately it seems we that we do not handle such scenarios gracefully enough at the moment, but
improvements to this mechanism are planned.

Hi! Yeah, the disk was failing so I imaged it to the new drive. It had been running fine until this update. I take image backups regularly so it wasn't a big issue for me to reinstall from an image. Just letting you guys know of the issue in case others have the same issues. Glad to hear that there are planned improvements to the mechanism! :)
