master_lb_enabled from cluster template ignored during cluster creation

If a cluster template sets 'master_lb_enabled' to True, and this template is selected in the cluster creation dialog, the value of 'Enable Load Balancer for Master Nodes' remains unchecked. As a result, the cluster gets created with 'master_lb_enabled' set to False unless the user notices and corrects this.

It would seem sensible for the values set in the cluster template to carry through to the cluster creation dialog once the template has been selected from the dropdown, as is the case for the keypair and flavor selections for example.
