Bug Description
When dynamically changing the screen resolution upon joining a streaming session to a lower resolution than the original configured resolution, the resolution of the resulting video stream is not matching. It stays at the resolution initially configured for the streaming session.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a session with 720p60
2. Join the session with a different resolution (e.g. 480p) specified in the join request
3. Observe that the Android screen content is much smaller than the resolution of the received video stream and the video stream matches the original resolution (720p).
This is a regression introduced in 1.20.0.
