Bug Description

Hello,

Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
lshw version: 02.19.git.2021.06.19.996aaad9c7-2build1

Expected: all characters must be shown in lshw -html.

What happened instead: in French language, when running lshw -html, accented characters are suppressed in class="second" also not in class="first".

Attachments: lshw.html, lshw.txt

hello,

bug is in the escape fonction in osutils.cc

I've tried it with gdb and when you have an accentuated character the condition passes then begins again with the first condition (== 0x9) then continue the for loop

haven't found out why yet.

joined gdb text file (I modified the string s to have accents, they're not ok in the linked file, should be ("hèèhe"))
