touchpad and keyboard don't work

Bug Description

When i start Ubuntu my mousepad and keyboard of my laptop don't work, what's strange is that on windows it works perfectly fine...

I have a Lenovo V15 G4 AMN

I have similar results with a Dell Inspiron 15 5570. It's about 50% whether the keyboard works after the system resumes from suspend mode. It always works upon restart or initial boot though.
