Plymouth is eating up close to 40 seconds in my ubuntu

pachake name - plymouth-
When i reboot the system - There has been significant delay - despite using a 16gb ram with Cor I5 processor the boot time to start using the laptop is close to 110 seconds
when i check the blame it shows close to 40 seconds is being eaten up by plymouth pachage itself
