Bug Description

Non blocking errors displayed each time you install a package in JeOS Hardy Beta using apt-get install:

debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Dialog
debconf: (No usable dialog-like program is installed, so the dialog based frontend cannot be used. at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Dialog.pm line 75.)
debconf: falling back to frontend: Readline
debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Readline

Fixed a while back by putting whiptail back in minimal:

  explicitly add whiptail to minimal (used to be there implicitly due to alsa-utils; useful for debconf)
