Please sync fonts-sahel from Debian

The current Debian version is 3.4.0-2. It builds Lintian-clean on Noble and the changes look sane to me. I didn't see any Ubuntu delta that needs to be preserved.

Thanks for catching that! I added it to my checklist of things to look for. (Strangely, piuparts didn't catch this problem on my machine.)

Here's the debdiff after adding the Breaks/Replaces to the fonts-sahel-variable package. I'm not 100% sure this is right (since I did NOT make fonts-sahel Recommend the variable package), but I think this should behave the same way as the Debian package itself.
