Installing Lubuntu Noble daily dated 02-12-2023 on a system without ethernet network connection-
The installer makes no offer/attempt to connect to WiFi network.

I'm willing to bet this is fixed with the new installer prompt UX. Let me know if it isn't.

I'll note that I experienced this too; alas ignored it as the wording (I forget now) indicated to boot live fully if there were issues, which allowed me to connect & thus do an with-internet install.
