'install for me only' end with error message when creating optional desktop shortcut

Have this message at the end of install procedure, hb 5.7.2 and formely 5.7.1
on W10

I have always got that as well, on both W10 & W11

for the record, with innosetup
don't use [commondestop] wich required elevated privilege
but [userdesktop]
when creating something on the desktopn

otherwise you have an error dialog
IPersistFile::Save failed; code 0x800700005.
Access denied.
