Bug Description

My laptop has a native resolution of 2240x1400 (16:10). When I change the resolution to another 16:10 ratio (or any other resolution) like 1920x1200 using LXQT Monitor Settings the screen goes black and comes back at the 2240x1400. Same thing when I change the screen resolution with xrandr.

I am running a fresh install of Lubuntu 23.10 on a Lenova IdeaPad Flex 5 14ALC7 with a AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with integrated graphics.

My choices of resolutions on xrandr are . . .
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 2240 x 1400, maximum 16384 x 16384
eDP connected primary 2240x1400+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 302mm x 189mm

Is this still an issue? If so, I have two questions:
 1. None of the listed resolutions work?
 2. When you try to change the resolution in `xrandr`, what specific command do you use and what is the response?

Changed in lxqt-config (Ubuntu):
