Bug Description
Right now devstack-plugin-nfs only configures cinder over NFS. It would be useful to also configure cinder-backup over NFS, maybe with a different shares (and nosharecache to prevent issues while accessing two shares on the same servers with different parameters on SELinux-enabled clients).
