Bug Description
In Lubuntu 22.10 (Kinetic) Wi-Fi connection on my laptop was stable. A couple of days ago I upgraded Lubuntu (installed it afresh) to 23.10 (Mantic Minotaur). Now the connection is lost every couple of minutes and reestablished again in 3-20 seconds automatically. The same issue with two different internet providers (two different routers).
Network manager version as told by command "apt-cache policy network-manager" is 1.44.2-1ubuntu1.2.
My laptop model is Digma CITI E401.

Hello, thanks for your bug report.
Can you collect and attach the Network Manager's systemd journal?
You can get it with "journalctl -u NetworkManager > network- manager. log"
It will help us to identify the problem.
Thank you!
