[2023/candidate] heat icons missing in horizon console

When viewing the progress of a heat stack deployment (e.g. as part of a magnum caas deployment) the icons in topology are missing (404 returned).

This also affects the template generator

I also notice that theres no 'branding' images compared to regular charm-deployed horizon - e.g no Ubuntu logo or background img on login page

Branding:

Currently points to http://10.20.21.11/static/themes/ubuntu/img/logo-canonical-openstack-splash.svg which 404's, should it point to http://10.20.21.11/openstack-horizon/static/themes/ubuntu/img/logo-canonical-openstack-splash.svg ?

Heat icons:

Currently points to http://10.20.21.11/openstack-horizon/static/dashboard/project/heat_dashboard/img/stack-gray.gif which 404's, should it point to http://10.20.21.11/openstack-horizon/static/dashboard/img/stack-gray.gif ?

This has been fixed in https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-openstack-rocks/pull/37 and already available on 2023.2/candidate.
