with 6.20-3 adding grub-common to depends (as suggested by juliank), update grub-common before and avoid some cases of issues

about this:
/etc/grub.d/10_linux_proxy: 3: /etc/grub.d/proxifiedScripts/linux: not found
/etc/grub.d/10_linux_proxy: 3: /etc/grub.d/bin/grubcfg_proxy: not found

I don't found /etc/grub.d/10_linux_proxy in packages from official repository content, so I suppose is something external not considered and supported by grub packages, or am I wrong?
If confirmed, I suppose to avoid it must be removed additional things not supported before ubuntu dist-upgrade.
