Bug Description
Public bug reported: the holdings count highlights introduced in bug 1966342 are now a contrast problem due to changes we made to bg-info for buttons in bug 2028088, because these highlights don't specify a corresponding text color and it defaults to black text on the dark blue. Here's a branch that reduces the intensity of the two highlight colors to 20% and specifies a dark text color in addition to the background color. Screenshot attached.
