Bug Description

The Windows is flickering when shrinking from maximized window in Xorg session.
The issue won't happen if I disable animation in g-c-c > Accesibility > Enable Animations.

I tried mantic on Dell G16, the issue cannot be reproduced, and the reduced animation is disabled on mantic by default.
