Bug Description
skyline console can not switch to Administrator
Occasional switching to Administrator failure , it still stays in the old page
but after a while, it can switch again

which release of openstack is your platform?
which way did you deploy openstack and skyline?
were there any error log in skyline-api or browser debug-tool?
