Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Resolve FTBFS by skipping more tests that require a
    running mongodb instance
  * Resolve FTBFS by skipping more tests that require a

  * Resolve FTBFS by skipping more tests that require a
    running mongodb instance

In 1.12.1+ds1-1, Debian change "Run tests with -short instead of patching the code." skips
all tests which require running mongodb instance.
