apt-key is deprecated and will be removed, but is still used in MAAS's sample preseed files

Bug Description

MAAS still uses the apt-key command in its sample preseed files (e.g., /var/snap/maas/current/preseeds/curtin_userdata.sample, as recently as 3.5.0~alpha1-15303). Deployments that do NOT use these files seem to no longer use apt-key, at least as of MAAS 3.4.0; but updating the sample preseed files would be advisable, since apt-key has been deprecated.

According to bug #1892494 (reporting this issue against curtin), apt-key is no longer functional past Ubuntu 22.04; however, I've been unable to verify the timing of this removal.
