Bug Description

Hello,
After upgrading from Xubuntu 23.04 to 23.10 I can't mount a NTFS partition in Thunar anymore. That's with an USB external hard disk. It appears in the panel and when clicking on it I get an error message about "wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock, missing codepage/helper program or other error".

The partition has been mounting fine for years without issues, it still does on a Xubuntu 20.04 live session (that's what I had at hand for a quick check to confirm that the issue didn't come from the disk). Also, mounting it manually with the mount command using the ntfs filesystem works fine.

EDIT: I'm afraid I didn't report for the right app, as I just did a quick test with Dolphin (as a flatpak) and I have the same issue. So it seems to happen to mounting through file managers in general, not Thunar specifically.
