Solaar generating "Meta.Rectangle is deprecated" messages in systemd journal

It looks like this package just needs to be updated to support Gnome 45 in Mantic, similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-tiling-assistant/+bug/2034664

Closing solaar elimintes the repeated logging of the following, over 70 occurences in a single second in some cases
