Bug Description
On the previous Ubuntu version, when caps lock was on, I could use it on my numbers bar with accentuated letters and it would put the good letter, with the accent, in caps. Now, with caps lock on, it still puts the accentuated letter, but not in caps.

Actually this bug seems to happen on several applications, but not all of them : LibreOffice and Firefox are affected, but it works fine on Signal. Can't fathom why.
