Bug Description

Change https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/cinder/+/597148/37 added encryption related parameters to the remotefs driver. This broke inheriting drivers besides the NFS driver when running the _copy_volume_from_snapshot method where the added parameters are not part of the method signature.
The smbfs driver was fixed in https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/cinder/+/739954 .
Likely the vzstorage driver is also affected, as is the Quobyte driver.
