k3b-i18n not included in language-pack-kde...

Bug Description

Well tried to install language-pack-kde instead of kde-i18n, kile-i18n and
k3b-i18n packages, but not I missing locales for k3b (only in k3b-i18n), kile
(only in kile-i18n). Furthermore the docs and file (like khangman word for
german) are missing. Could you please add these files to this package? Thanx.

since kile is in universe, language packs should not contain its translations.

I will add the k3b translations, though.

langpack-o-matic has been changed, k3b translations will be in the next langpack
release.

New packs have been uploaded which include k3b now.
