Kernel doesn't compile with CONFIG_IMA

Because of typo error in function declaration kernel doesn't compile with specific configuration

Steps to reproduce:

make defconfig
./scripts/config --file .config \
                 -d SECURITY_SELINUX \
                 -e IMA
make olddefconfig
grep -E "CONFIG_IMA=|CONFIG_IMA_LSM_RULES" .config
make bzImage

Grep should return "CONFIG_IMA=y" but not "CONFIG_IMA_LSM_RULES=y"
