clarification needed in ceph-dashboard to get iscsi information

The ceph-dashboard charm's documentation appear to be missing a few steps to get the iscsi gateway information in its corresponding tab, namely that:

1 - A relation must be set between the ceph-iscsi and ceph-dashboard charms: `ceph-dashboard:iscsi-dashboard ceph-iscsi:admin-access`

2 - The ceph-iscsi charm likewise needs a vault:certificates relation set.

This probably needs mention in the ceph-dashboard, ceph-iscsi and charm-guide pages.

There is no mention of ceph-iscsi in the Charm Guide.

Documentation bugs need to be opened for:

1. ceph-dashboard charm README (done: bug #2040271)
2. ceph-iscsi charm README (done: bug #2040271)
3. Charmed Ceph doc set (not done)

For #3, due to the doc set being backed by Discourse, there is no bug tracker to file a bug against. You can try editing the corresponding forum pages below or leave a forum comment:

  A link can be added that points to VMware iscsi integration.
