Bug Description
I don't know if this is a bug, if I should be worried or if it is just normal
behaviour.
I get data phase errors when writing a lot of files (like 30 GB) from my USB
hard drive to the internal hard drive.
I tested with 2 different USB hard drives, and with a VIA USB controler (the one
that comes with a ASUS A8V deluxe board) and a card with a NEC controler.
error message from dmesg:
[4298570.429000] SCSI error : <2 0 0 0> return code = 0x8000002

[4299507.947000] sdb: Current: sense key: Hardware Error

[4296112.643000] SCSI error : <2 0 0 0> return code = 0x8000002

The data phase errors only seem to occur when reading from the USB drives; when
writing to them there's no error.
I get about 2 - 5 errors when transferring 30 or 40GB worth of data.
SCSI sense key says hardware error, so I suspect something with the USB card device.
