Acq: Drop Downs Don't Work Well in View/Place Orders

From a title record -> Other Actions -> View/Place Orders

If you click either the "Add to Selection List" or "Add to Purchase Order buttons" a drop down menu appears beside them but it won't drop down if you click on it. If you start typing a character that is in your selection list or purchase order name the drop down will appear.

This also fixes a typo in the page title ("Linetiems").

To test:

1. If you don't have any selection lists, go to /eg2/en-US/staff/acq/search/selectionlists and create one.
2. Visit /eg2/en-US/staff/acq/related/227 (or any other record ID number)
3. Click the Add to Selection List button under the record summary
4. When the selection list entry box appears, you should be able to click it and see all your selection lists.
5. Click the Add to Purchase Order button, also under the record summary
6. When the purchase order entry box appears, click it and see if a list of POs is shown
