MARC Batch Import/Export Queue: Links to the Staff Catalogue should open in a new tab

When working with a queue in the MARC Batch Import the links to bibliographic records should open in a new tab instead of the existing tab. This would make it easier for cataloguers to compare matches to the record in the file.

Ideally the bib ID link in the Record ID column of the Record Matches tab would open in a new tab as well as the bib ID link in the Imported As column on the main queue page.

I agree with Jennifer on all counts. Being able to view the matching records on separate tabs would make it easier to compare them.

Tested on terran-main.gapines.org during Feedback Fest.

This works as Jennifer describes. After uploading and then importing a file with matches, I found that both the bib ID link in the Record ID column of the Record Matches tab, and the bib ID link in the Imported As column on the main queue page, opened in a new tab.
