Bug Description

Compiz problems with 3D applications

There is allways flicker, example: googleearth, sreensaver, videoplaying and 3d games

RadeonXpress 1250 (MSI K9AGM2FIH)
Athlon 64bit dualcore

Ubuntu hardy alpha 6

I can confirm this. It makes googleearth very difficult to use. For example the tip of day becomes hidden behind the 3D portion of the window. It appears and disappears with movements of the mouse. Turning desktop effects off causes things to return to normal. I'm running hardy beta with all updates applied.

I have an Intel display controller:
00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS/GME, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)

Confirm. Very old Bug actually, just did never report it myself. No idea if this is Googleearth related or Compiz related.
