Bug Description
Suddenly and without any warning my whole interface upgraded to what seems to be the language of the Minotaur.
I upgraded 2 systems using ```update-manager -d``` and both behaved exactly the same. So I am tempted to conclude this isn't a bug but a feature and should be canceled.
Both upgrades came from 23.04, were set to English language and gradually evolved into the fonts we can see. By "evolved" I mean that some characters began morphing, and then some more. And then some more. It didn't all hit "full Minotaur force" all of a sudden.
