thunderbird snap should run on wayland

Bug Description

Since Firefox runs on wayland by default since Ubuntu 23.10, and Thunderbird has supported wayland for a long time, the Thunderbird snap should also default to wayland by default. Currently thunderbird runs under Xwayland as can be seen by running xprop and clicking the Thunderbird window.

The MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND env variable seems to be ignored and thunderbird starts under Xwayland anyway

Wow, thank you, that was really fast! I confirm that Thunderbird 115.3.2-2 395 from latest/candidate runs natively on Wayland.
