Angular Patron view screen should not be reachable yet.

In Evergreen 3-10-3 you can reach the Angular Patron view screen. Here are the steps needed.

1) Search for an item
2) Click on the Place Hold screen
3) Click on the Search for Patron button
4) Search for your Your patron. The search results will have links in the Last name field and the Card field.
4) Click on either the Last name field or the Card field link.
5) Evergreen takes you to the Angular Patron Information Screen (/eg2/en-US/staff/circ/patron/xxxx/checkout)

NOTE: This happens regardless of the "Enable Angular Circ Menu" library setting set to true or false.

Confirmed in 3.10, 3.11, and current main. Angular Circ is still an experimental interface and internal links should still go to AngJS circ, even when coming from another Angular interface.
