/usr/bin/rungs missing (essential to tex4ht)

Bug Description

I can no longer run htlatex, receiving the following error messages:

--- Warning --- System return: 32512
System call: rungs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -dusecropbox -sDEVICE=pngalpha -r300 -sOutputFile="fig//expand-.png" "fig//expand.pdf"
sh: 1: rungs: not found

It appears as though /usr/bin/rungs is not include in the lunar package, despite being there in previous iterations:
