Bug Description

Currently, the nvidia-tegra-defaults package sets the console parameter on the cmdline using the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT variable. However, this causes the serial port to not be available when in recovery mode. A possible solution would be using GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX, so that the console parameters are available in every menu entry.
