"Initializing" when it's not...

Bug Description

Stating up GAI it says "Initializing" in a dialog. But after I install/uninstall
something it pops up saying "initializing" again... Another word would probably
be better. "Updating database", "Scanning system" or something maybe?

While we are polishing this particular window... would it be possible to have it
