Bug Description
GPS coordinates are often not updated by gpsd, the initial coordinates are sent again and again. The gps time is normally counting and the quality show a stable 3D fix.
Hardware: U-Blox7 USB dongle

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.
I'm surprised that we haven't seen any other reports about this. If I understand the bug correctly, it basically means that gpsd is not usable in many scenarios.
Would you have more details about the problem? Maybe a link to an upstream bug, or the commit that fixed the issue. I'm asking because it is unlikely that we will be able to update gpsd on Jammy, but it is possible to SRU a fix depending on its size/complexity.
Also, I'm afraid I'm no gpsd expert so it'd be great if you could provide steps to reproduce the problem.
I'm setting the status of this bug to Incomplete to reflect the fact that we're waiting for more information from you. Once you provide it, feel free to set the status back to New.
Thank you.
