Bug Description
The man page states:
Ctrl-a ! - Toggle key bindings on and off
However on my Debian box this is mapped by default to:
Break pane to a new window
Looking at list-keys in tmux, I believe this should be changed in the man page to:
Ctrl-a shift-F12
